Stikland is located in the greater part of the Bellville area and is a popular industrial zone. As Bellville is a well-established area, it offers a high standard of infrastructure namely good access to public transport. Stikland attracts many investors and tenants due to it being so accessible and central. It is situated within +- 30 minutes to the CBD and 21 minutes to the airport. Although Stikland is mainly an industrial area, it is still located within close proximity to residential areas and shopping malls.
