Tenant Placement

Tenants are sourced by using our extensive database of potential tenants on multi media advertising. All potential tenants are screened and put through a process of credit vetting. An offer to rent document for acceptance by the Landlord precedes the final lease agreement, which is up to date with all the necessary legal  terms and conditions to protect the Landlord in the best possible manner. Surety and Resolutions documents are obtained where applicable.

Property Administration Services

Over and above the service offered by NG Property Brokers in terms of placing tenants, property administration is another area of expertise within the company. The Management of NG Property Brokers has been administrating commercial, residential and industrial property for the last 21 years. Good customer service at affordable rates is what we strive for. The service we provide to each Landlord can be adjusted depending on the needs of the Landlord and the specific property in question.


Our basic services includes but are not limited to the following:

  • Tenant invoicing
  • Sending payment reminders to tenants
  • Rental collection
  • Contacting tenants who do not pay timeously
  • Invoicing interest on overdue rentals

  • Doing the necessary inspections before paying contractors for work completed


Trust Account

Any monies received on behalf of the Landlord is deposited into our Trust Account which is opened in terms of Section 32 (1) of the Estate Agency Affairs Act, 112/1976
